It is a surgery performed to cure Gallstone disease. Gallstones are formed due to precipitation of substances in bile juice. This surgery can be performed as a day care procedure in selected patients. Most patients are discharged the next day of surgery and are allowed to eat home cooked meals from the next day of surgery.
